By using this Website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use listed below. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, do not view, download, contribute to or otherwise interact with any page under the MyFlowerBucket.com or FireflyHedges.com domain names known as the Website.

Copyright: Unless otherwise specified, all materials presented on the Website are under the sole ownership of MyFlowerBucket / FireflyHedges known as the Owner. This includes, but is not limited to any text, images, and Website design elements. All other materials are the property of their respective owners. Copying or distributing any materials on this Website without the expressed permission of their respective owners is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: The Owner makes no warranty claims, expressed or implied, with regard to the products or services it sells unless otherwise indicated. The default warranty information for flowers or other products is to replace them where possible.

Refunds and Product Returns: All products are sold 'as is', unless otherwise specified on the product listing. If flowers do not meet Florist satisfaction at the time of delivery or pickup, the Florist may ask for a replacement. Any additional delivery charges are the responsibility of the Florist. The Florist can choose flowers of equal value if a replacement is not available. The Florist will be issued a credit usually valid until the end of cut flower season if no suitable replacement is available. However, the expiration date of the credit is at the Farm's discretion. The credit will be in the form of a credit listed on the Florist menu via the Credit menu item as soon as the Farm or Admin user creates it. The credit can only be used by this Florist through the end of season or expiration date whichever is earlier. The credit will automatically appear on the checkout page on the next order the Florist places for products from the Farm issuing the credit. It will be deducted from the payment total for that Farm excluding deliver charges. If multiple credits for the Farm exist the smallest will be deducted first then additional credits up to the total of the order for that Farm excluding delivery charges. If a credit balance remains it will be applied to the next order. If credits for more than one Farm exist they will be applied to the order in the same way. A credit is not applied until the order payment process is completed. If the order is canceled, credit will remain available until the credit expiration date. When a credit is applied it will be logged in an Applied Credit table that can be viewed by the Florist or Farm on the Florist menu via the Credits Applied menu. Credits will be detailed at checkout and the Florist Invoice. A credit total will appear on the PayPal item list.

Technical Support: The Owner offers technical support to customers when using the Website and ordering products. Technical support beyond this may incur additional charges. The Owner makes every reasonable effort to handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Fraud: Fraudulent purchases, or suspected fraudulent activity, will be immediately addressed and dealt with by the Owner. Any unauthorized purchases made on the Website will be immediately reversed. If a credit card transaction was made, a full credit will be applied to the credit card for the original amount. All fraudulent activity will be thoroughly investigated, and reported to the appropriate governing bodies and authorities as necessary. The Owner reserves the right to terminate any user's account for fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity, or for any activity not in accordance with the proper and legal use of the Website.

Website errors, omissions and changes: It is the Owners intent to provide the most accurate and precise description of its products and services on its Website. However, from time to time, the Owner may have errors on its Website, and therefore makes no claim to the complete accuracy of any of its product or service descriptions.

In a willful attempt to keep the Website's information current and accurate, the Owner reserves the right to make both announced and unannounced changes and improvements to its Website. These changes may include, but are not limited to, price changes, product and service listing changes, and amendments to Website rules and Website user rights and information.
